Subject: Shroud of Turin Exhibition
Shalom,
Last year I found an excellent exhibit on the Shroud of Turin here in Jerusalem. It is located in the Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center outside the northwest corner of the Old City. The Shroud of Turin is believed to be the cloth in which Jesus was buried after his crucifixion. The cloth is imprinted with the image of a crucified man and is stained with blood.
There is a lot of controversy over whether the burial shroud is truly that of Christ. One website on the matter is www.shroud.com, but a quick search will yield others. The exhibit presents the crucifixion of Jesus very well, and the guide does an excellent job of explaining. I have brought a number of people to see the exhibit because of these things.
I hope all is well,
Michael
